Made-to-Order Production

All of our pieces are crafted exclusively made-to-order and require up to 20 business days to be completed, starting from the date of payment approval.

Once your order is ready, the shipping time will be added on top of the production time.

Shipping Options

1. Courier Delivery (Motorbike Courier – São Paulo Only)

For customers located in São Paulo city, we offer a motorbike courier service for faster local deliveries.

2. DHL Express (Domestic Deliveries – Brazil)

Shipping times are determined by DHL and require an additional 1 to 2 business days for:

  • Verification of customer information

  • Payment confirmation

  • Internal order processing

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

  • Capitals: 1 to 3 business days

  • Interior regions: 2 to 5 business days

Deliveries to remote areas, rural zones, or risk areas will be available for pickup at the nearest DHL partner location or local postal office.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority.

Order Processing

  • FedEx International Priority: Typically 1 to 4 business days to major destinations
